there is a difference..
there is also a difference between companies like Halliburton who profit from the misery of not only others but people in their own country.. and those who sell chemicals to others in good faith...

We also sold those old weapon which we ourself don't use. Like example I think S17 or something forgot. To those pacific islands. We don't sell to our neighbour also If other country like USA and China really wanted to attack us. Frankly, theres nothing we can do about.
