The path of Higher Educations in Polytechnic

  Hey,
  
  What is the criteria for going to Polytechnic for Normal Technical? I checked it out. After the path of NITEC is Polytechnic. What about Higher Nitec? Is it a must to score distinction to promoted to Polytechnic?

  I think must got COM then can leh.. Not too sure about it.

  You must scored a GPA of 3.5 and above during your higher nitec year...

  'Cetificates Of Merit'. The path of Ministry Of Educations is NITEC then Polytechnic. You did say is COM. I don't have a Certificates Of Merit. If I don't then I am going to Higher NITEC. Why am I un-alllowed to go to Polytechnic instead of Higher NITEC

  every poly got different cut-off points..
  
  the GPA that they are willing to accept.
  
  At my time, we were told that only GPA 3.5 and above were allowed admission to polys.
  
  But then, that year, some of my frens who got 3.2 also managed to get in NP.
  
  But one year later, NP raised the standard, strictly only accept GPA 3.5 and above.
  
  If you like to know what is their requirement, then u may call up the polys to enquire.

  many ple go NITEC -> HNITEC also cannot make it to poly.
  
  but I took only HNITEC, got COM and got provisional entry to NP Business Studies.

  this change took effect after i graduated from ITE.
