  heating up coke u must add a few slices of ginger.
  Northern china area call it "sheng Jiang Ke Le"
  Southern china area call it "Ke Le Bao Jiang"
  I also believe it helps to cure flu.

  Pepsi was originally created to counter indigestion, also known as dyspepsia. Don't know anything about the fever bit though.
