Even if human didn't exist to invent the calculation for length, the fact is still that these matters had traveled that distance. And length in what ever interpretation exist. The same can be said with hight and breath because this is a 3 dimensional world.
And time exist because nothing moves at an instance moment. Time is simply a calculation between a one moment and the next moment in which something has changed. Even though how minuscule it is. Matter, Light and radio waves travel though distances is different segments of moments. This segments of moments comes after each other and not in the same segments this show the existence of time, no matter how it is interpreted.
The only way that length, breath, height, area, volume and time to not exist if nothing exist.

The only way that time don't exist is if all matter in existence is frozen to absolute zero. Thus there are no differentiation between moments and time is frozen or doesn't even exist. Another way would be if there is nothing in existence at all. -

Man did not invent the calculation of time... man invented time (Eons, Centuries, Decades, Years, Months, Days, Hours, Minutes and seconds) to calculate... change.
When you say: "That distance there is time."
You have simply restated what the concept of time is... you have not said anything to show that time exists.
It is like saying that zero exists by saying:
When you remove everything, you have zero and therefore, zero exists.
Or when you say: that animal that has a horn in its head and looks like a horse... that animal is a unicorn and that proves that unicorns exist.

all you are saying is that "change stops" and there is no need for the concept of time... because you there is no need to measure change when nothing changes.
In no way does it prove the existence of time. The usefulness or uselessness of a concept does not presupposes the existence or otherwise of something.
Like "zero" again.... if everything is frozen at absolute zero and noting is ever destroyed or taken away... only then will zero cease to exist... there fore zero exists. -
