Wad u mean remove rounded head screws??Originally posted by kopiosatu:if u really wanna help the industry...
try making this.
a tool that will remove ROUNDED screws.
that would help a lot more, seriously.
currently, the only way to get it out is to drill it.
Ok noted.Originally posted by ditzy:When I use the grinder hor, got the spark deflector, no matter how and which direction I grind hor, always got sparks flying in my face leh.![]()
when your screw driver f*cks up the grooves, its called rounded.Originally posted by seotiblizzard:Wad u mean remove rounded head screws??
Round head srews are mostly used in metal work. The only way to use a screw is to screw it using a screwdriver or drill it in and drill it out.
oh okok.Originally posted by kopiosatu:when your screw driver f*cks up the grooves, its called rounded.
no i mean a hand held tool,Originally posted by kopiosatu:Hand held tools powered by hand by a power-driven mechanism.
so powered by hand OR a power driven mechanism? or are you talking about the hand?
oh, then u have to add the word 'OR' in between.Originally posted by seotiblizzard:no i mean a hand held tool,
manually operated by the muscular strength of the hand
(manual egg whisk)
or a hand held tool powered by a power driven-driven mechanism.
(a powered drill)
sorry for the confusion.Originally posted by kopiosatu:oh, then u have to add the word 'OR' in between.
because the whole line doesn't make sense when i first read it.
Ok.Originally posted by kopiosatu:just to give u a clearer picture.
right now the procedure goes like this :
1) i start to remove an item
2) the head gets rounded
3) i suck thumb and i have to get someone else to remove the screw using a drill
now, it would really help all of us alot if u could think of some way to remove that screw with some tool besides an electric drill.
