Having a heart attack at 35 - 40 yrs old is uncommon.
It is believe that there are some risk factors which may lead to an attack & are as follows:
1. High salt & fats intake
2. Obesity
3. smoking & excessive alcohol intake
4. stress
5. family history
6. lack of exercise
7. hypertension -
smoking kills...

so thats no way he can smoke -
smoking is really a hassle . once you get hooked on it , u may be tempted to start again after you quit for a period of time... arhhh so headache. THats for my case . Any similar cases here ?

that is why these kids nowadays who pick up smoking..
they are really driving themselves to a bad thing but lanlan friends one smoke, others also photocopy the habit -
i oso smoke...but not addicted ley...can stop and start whenever i feel like it.
i can safely call myself a habitual smoker than addictive smoker
