I think I gonna have diarrea ...... what to do?

Last time hor I put water in my office overnight leh... then hor I drink guess what I had diarrea for 3 days leh very sad and servere type.... Just now I fiddling with the cups on cup is the new water the other left abit of last week water.... I didn't think just pick up the old water cup and drink abit and spit out the old water.... I think I going to have diarrea again... very sad and backside pain leh...
Anyway to prevent or not? Any medication I can take before hand to prevent or etc? What should I do... I won't want to be sick... -
Its diarrhoea. WHat you can do is drink warm water and avoid milk or any dairy products. no fried or oily stuffs. AND more fluid!

The most is you go toliet once and then it should not run again. -
Now is a good time to mention.
Water, standing in the room, breeds bacteria in 4 hours.
So if you drink was standing uncovered for more then that, you might as well junk your drink. -
