War is subjective. Its a circumstances where two countries are fighting each other. The invading one can try to justify, thus this question is only for countries who are planning to invade.
The defending one do not have to say anything. They didnt initiate the fight.
And since the question of justification is only applicable to the starter, the question/answer now is, since when has any war NOT been started because of one country's selfish motive and intention? -

hmm, what i'm trying to ask, is that
does the country that is under siege, have any responsibility to why the war occured? -
If war occurs becos the country wishes to liberate the oppressed i think it's for a justifiable cause... If it's for personal gains for their economy, i do not think so...
Then again, to kill one another whether justifiable or not, is just... unjustifiable?
