  in the west, people who uses water is usually laughed at, while some areas in the east, using toilet paper is laughed at... Some Japanese more pro... the toilet will clean your ass you...
  
  so which do you prefer? and what do you think of the other method? or do you think there is no difference at all?

  Me outside use Toilet paper + water... i.e wet toilet paper... I can't imagine using dry toilet paper...

  Its like if a baby or a cat got shit on the floor, you clean using dry tissue... no matter how many time you clean you will still smell the shit... coz got a very fine invisible layer of shit still very sticky on the floor...
  
  need to use water to dissolve all the shit so all of it will be cleaned up...

  you can feel~~~ the clean... shit on your ass if not cleaned will eventually dry up and will feel very the sticky and muddy... and eventually will be irritating coz all the bacteria and stuff...

  I only use toilet paper, everytime i use toilet paper with water the paper will break and stuck in my crack.

  Toilet paper is easier for toilet bowls. If it's the squatting type then more convenient for water...
