How to write SGC for JC?

  Any tips to share?
  
  By how much should you 'promote' yourself? How much is too much? (e.g. XXX has displayed his stunning and astonishing talent for art by clinching the top prize in the YYY competition, a prize many only dare dream of)
  
  What kind of events are suitable? What kind of 'achievements' are deemed too trivial?

  major ones ---> SYF...national sports championships...international events...national events...NYAA...national representative in XXXX...global young leaders conference...national-scale/overseas CIP...member of PA youth wing...member of YPAP...........

  if you write like that it is too much.
  
  " XXX has a strong sense of passion and talent for art, as shown by his performance in the YYY competition, in which he clinched the top prize. " sounds more humble.
  
  just dont use overpowering words like stun or shock or crushed can already.
