Tie got stuck in the shredding machine!

  ever witness colleagues wearing tie hor, when they shredding paper at the shredding machine, they bend forward n their tie gets caught inside the shredding machine...
  
  then their tie kenna shredded n they have to struggle to pull it out...
  
  witness before? or u yourself kenna? how to prevent such accidents from happing in future?

  prevents the tie from flapping all over......
