SINGAPORE: A 43-year-old man has been arrested and will be charged in court on Monday for making two bomb hoax phone calls.
He is said to be a freelance web designer.
The first call was made at about noon on Saturday to the Civil Defence Force control room.
The caller said there was a bomb at Raffles Place.

Then, at 2.30pm, another call claimed that bombs had been placed at Orchard Road and Tanjong Pagar.
This time, the call was traced to International Plaza.
The suspect was spotted at the Turf Club outlet in the building and was arrested on the spot at around 3.50pm.
