  It's is the same.. If you are getting it for the sake of discount or rebate i suggest you get uob one.

  How the visa electronic one is free but can't access to online purchase.Others cards carried a membership fee of $24 per annual...
  
  For those under 21 there is TX visa card will is free.. Just need to start the account will $100...

  I have 2 from DBS, 1Citibank and the rest from offshore bank.. I don't shop much so never really need UOB, HSBC , OCBC ect...

  just that the amt will be deducted straight away from your account during transaction, unlike credt card which bills you at the end of the month
