Condo and HDB not very far difference in terms of affordability (got this word or not...hehe).
But most condo price will depreciate one, unless freehold or super prime area. No good. -

upgrading to 4-rm HDB this month -
3 room flat the best. Most practical.
Place small small... easy to clean. So affordable. Frankly, we don't really need a big space to stay. Look at those ppl in Tokyo and HKG, apt so small and they still so happy.
I've been dying for a 3 room flat at central areas like Holland Village or Toa Payoh. My friend lives in a 3 room flat with parents at Braddell. The Braddell MRT exit is just at his flat downstairs only. Jealous siah. -
