hi does anyone know can i slim down successfully if i only eat cookies and drink plain water everyday? or eat bread and drink plain water everyday?

no you cant, when you diet by reducing food intake like that, your body goes into anti starvation mode by auto reducing your metabolism. that means what little you eat gets burned down slower instead, and stored as calories.
your suggested 'diet' is totally imbalanced and will only do harm. why eat only empty carbohydrates? do you even choose wholemeal bread with vitamin b3 for energy? dont you think protein and fibre is necessary for your body too?
why dont you eat 75+% vegetables, lesser meat, lesser carbs? your body is 80% alkaline. veges are alkaline and meat are acidic. many ppls diet nowadays are 80% meat, causing acidosis and lethargy.
there is no need to eat excess starch like white bread, flour, cookies, noodles, excess of those get stored as calories.
eat more fruits too, they taste nice and are one of the best foods for your body. alternate the fruits you eat everyday as dif ones have dif vitamins. fruits with honey and wholegrain cereal in the morning will give you energy for hours.
if you want to lose weight, avoid eating oily food like indian food, heavy cream based food, deep fried food, kfc, etc. exercise enough.
and importantly, how fat you are depends on your chest cavity shape too. endomorphic, ectomorphic, mesomorphic. (that cavity shape just below your br3asts, is it a sharp triangle / gradual curve / etc? if you have a slight gradual curve instead of a triangle you'll have much more trouble keeping slim. -

i think you rather have some quick fix.. if it really works so easy there wont be a billion obese people in the world.. even if you take these you still have to have a balanced healthy diet of more fruits and vege and vitamins and less oil and meat and starch..

I've many friends who slimmed down successfully. Here's their secret.
Many of them told me that don't cut the habit of eating fast food entirely at the start, slowly cut them down. Slowly, you will break away from it.
Try to cut down on your food intake, not specifically on what to eat, what not to eat. A balanced diet is always important. Eat on a specific time, eat slowly, enjoy your meal. Don't rush through your meal.
The most important is to exercise regularly. Swimming and gym does a great job. You don't have to do a tremendous amount in one go. You just have to strain yourself, the amount is not important. What is important is that your body feels the strain and the muscles ache. Also, don't stop entirely when you feel the ache. Try to continue, but at a slower pace.
If you feel hungry after your exercise, don't eat much, just try to eat some light snacks and tahan to the next meal, then eat the balanced diet.

Why do people wants to take the easy way out when comes to slimming by taking pills lah, drink slim tealah, eating less lah and to the point of starving? Can't they just hit the gym or walk vigorously around the park? Better still for those who are seriously attached or married sex is the best way to lose weight and it's fun for both party!!!
