Accident at changi airport?

Hear from someone saying that it feature on 08 Wan bao...
That a accident happen near changi airport there. Involve 2 cars and one person.. First car Make a illagel U-TURN and knock down a person, then faster drove off. But lucky the person survice and was about to stand up, another car.. bang into him and this time even run over him... Same as the first car.. the second car "HIT AND RUN" too.. (but this time the person not so heng, hear he die. Dunno on the spot or on the way to hospiital..)
Any person has any new paper clips on this? -

the other driver, a woman went on to pick up her hubby n drove home, she got a letter from TP eight days later.
