after squeeze muz do mask.. or apply something like pore refiner cream

cos squeezing brings germs into the pores. inflame the skin surrounding the blackheads and you are simply bruising your skin.

Hmm.. biore porepack works quite well but I can't use it too often because it makes my skin peel. my blackheads are stubborn and form too fast, needed a product that . Even use warm towel open pores + fingernail squeeze not very effective.
If ur blackheads are as stubborn as mine, u can use this marvel gel-like Japanese product .. "Celeb White" by Cow.. been rubbing my problem spots religiously for the past 6 days, and the blackheads are almost completely gone now. Impressive for a cheap off-the-shelf product
Oh yeah, after drying my skin, I also cover the scrubbed area with super thin slices of cucumber for abt 10 mins.. good natural astringent, makes your skin really glow. -

I use pore pack.

1) Wash your face normally
2) Use a gentle scrub
3) Follow by a steam. If you have hot shower that will do as well
4) Use the blackhead extractor which you can buy from any pharmacy and gently extract it out while your face is still damp
5) After all the extracting wash your face again
6) Dab dry
7) Use a toner (witchhazel and rosemary from Guardian or Watson) so to close up the pore.
Clean healthy face once more.

Wash your face with very warm water
dip pieces of torn paper napkin into egg white and stick them to your nose.Wait like 15-20 minutes and take them out.You will see the blackheads gone. -
