Dots on Hands-Gangsters?

Those with dots dots and more dots on the hands... Most of the time see 3 dots in between the thumb and index finger, what does it mean? I think got others also?

dot doesnt always mean a fighter..whoever told you that.And yes i know people who have them.
Any tattoo on nosebridge is called a "ti-am" and DOESNT have to be a dot.
Some people put a "ti-am" just to act fierce only.
Not worth to put it, go out.. gangsters would challenge you to 1v1s and you cannot say NO. -
