Nokia care at wheelock serivce...

Send my 4 months old N6288 for repair at wheelock place... The service cannot make it...The gairl who serve me fail to give me solution when my phone cannot copy my contacts to my sim card...meaning i will lost all my contact...So i went to loko for another staff. He manage to help me print out all my contacts (very nice of him).
Went back to the same girl again..Instead of giving me the solution to the problem she ask me instead how did you manage to get your contact backup?..i was like what the...She is the one who works here..she should know more than me..
Got back my phone yesterday...guess what when i got home i realise that the keypad was different...it was replaced by N6280 keypad instead. Anyone encounter this before? can nokia change the parts (outer parts like casing keypads..which is visible to user) to other Nokia phone parts? I agree that 6288 and 6280 is rather similiar..but the keypad is just so different...and 6288 is more easy to press...or type msg

Another reason why I'm switching over to Sony Ericsson in a month's time when my upgrade is due. Nokia phones are just getting poorer in terms of quality and reliability, and the customer service is just plain bad.

I remember somewhere said that NCC[WHEELOCK] cannot go one...its the most terrible NCC!
By the way, I also using N6288, I am also having problems with the contacts stuff. I believe its a firmware error...hopefully there is someone reporting it to Nokia to have it fixed through the firmware.
