HDB downpayment

  hi all, i am a bit confuse regarding the downpayment.
  
  My dad said we need to give 20% - as downpayment. But i don remember it that much.
  
  If i not wrong, it is 5% - all by CPF if you enough to cover, not enough use cash to top up. Am i right?

  20% downpayment...
  
  10% cash; 10% cpf
  
  if u got grant, can use ur grant to cover...
  
  at least tt was the case when we got our flat

  When did you get the flat.
  
  Cos i ask a property agent she told me it is now 10% and all can pay by CPF..
  
  now quite confuse.
