  the chances will go up by about 1-5%. will not be that high, still very low, there are people who still wants money. if GST goes to 1%, people will still take? ever heard of people who are not desperate for money see wallet still take the money out even when prices are low?

  There was once my wallet was missing. Few days after the POSB called me tell me to collect back my belonging. Althought the wallet, money, cashcard, ez-link all gone but i still have my IC and other worthless card.
  
  So just pray hard that at least you get your IC back. IF i were to pick up the wallet i may do the same.

  Last month i found a wallet under my block and realise the owner of the wallet stay above me. I went up & return to her. She just take the wallet back from me with a thank you and close the door liao. si bei xia lan. i should not return her.

  Just use the police report as yr IC for the time being. U need to wait for probably 3-4 weeks. If after 5 weeks, no news... then u can go n make IC liao...
