wake up screaming?

  the past few months I've been frequently having nightmares that cause me to scream damn loud until I wake up, people from other rooms also awakened by me, what the hell?

  cant remember clearly cuz usually I forget my dreams a fwe hours after I wake up. but they are usually about something very bad happening in front of my eyes but I'm helpless to stop it, so end up screaming. and then I wake up to the sound of my own voice this only started happening like 3 or 4 months ago.

  is too much thing u keep in u.. thn cause stress, pressure...
  
  few years ago, i'm like u too...
  middle of the night, i suddenly will wake up thn go look for my mum, thn start crying n scold Vulgar rude words...
  
  at tht time i knw wat i'm doing, i knw i cry and scold rude words but i cannot control myself.. is like something else inside me..
  
  dis thing last 2 or 3 years.. but not everynight..

  You need to relax and unwind yourself before you sleep. Otherwise you will wake up stressed and unrested. Its not a good feeling.
