Waterspout in Singapore

The waterspout (water twister) that has been happening near and around Singapore. Once near Chai Chee/Sentosa if im not wrong, around 3 weeks ago. Now it happens again, 4 of them in fact. Quite a rare sight to be spotted.
What are your views and what will you do if you see it? -
I saw a news article concerning 'water sprouts' before. STOMPers were the first to inform the press, if i'm not wrong. I just thought they look like a fountain of some sort. But well, they are magnificient!
