  When married, get wedding loan
  After married, get housing loan
  After children, come car loan
  Children grow up, come university loan

  So for one , dun play smart with those
  
  Bank or Finacial Instituation
  
  We cant outsmart them

  Housing loan = House doesnt belong to you, merely rented from hdb for 99 years
  Car loan = Car doesnt belong to you, merely rented to you for 10 years
  Why are we taking a loan for something which will never be truly ours?

  You need to look at the big picture. These things keep the economy moving. If people no debts, they all have financial freedom, then who wants to work? Most people I know works because they don't have much of a choice, and that's why you get food, drinks, entertainment and other stuff because people worked to bring you all these products and services.

  actually there's many ways to lower ur debts or even not incur any..its really ur lifestyle or wat u wan tat makes u in debt for whole life..
