  its the way they present themselves, esp the way they talk and body language.
  some non ah beng has bad dressing sense oso, its call bad combination or ah gongz.
  its so common to see ple smoking nowadays, even some high flyers smoke.
  i believe most smokers litter their cigies butt anywhere, anytime at some point too.
  so...... dun generalise.
