  I was wondering where to buy pepper spray. While it may not be the best form of defense against intruders, it seems like a cool gadget to get. Swat 4 anyone?

  A small bottle of aerosol hairspray works the same way as pepperspray.

  actually dun need pepper spray.. got those small handbag siren mah... then u can press a button or wat and it will produce a sharp loud noise to ward off intruders.
  
  i always have a small bottle of perfume with me.. not for defence purpose.. tho..

  Your best bet is still training your gf to scream and shout loudly, spray the hairspray/perfume or at least you accompany your g/f for self defence classes.
  
  She should also be advised on how to remember what the attacker looks like, and giving a statement later for apprehending the attackers and charge them in court.
