forgot my atm pin number....

i have this atm card which i hardly use..or perhaps, never use at all
now i need to withdraw money from this acc but i forgot the number...

if i call the bank, will they send me a new pin number and will there be any charges or fees involved?

They will ask you some questions. Maybe can help you recover your old password or give you a new old. Should be FOC.

u'll be asked to replace your atm card at the branch... if it's UOB.

no such luck.

You'll need to go branch in person with IC for verification.

Usually they'll cancel your existing card and give you a new one. You'll need to key in a new PIN at the branch. $5.

Reason, no one in the entire bank has access to your PIN. The PIN is so called "tied" to the card. Once you forget, the card is gone case also.
