Neligence on my part, i really clean forgotten about it until i received the letter today.
Anyway just now i called NEA, they said i cant pay 7 days after the fine was issued through AXS, but i swear i dont know about that until today.
all the missing data is out finally
maybe after this incident, you cant forget about AXS paying system. unless you like to used it as an excuse in future
just go down police station and all will be clarified.
