officially, we all know its suppose to be a 40 hour work week. But make a count, how many work only 40 hour a week? Most people exceed that easily. Apply it to an office. Lots of insecure people who will do anything to destroy another person's career given the opportunity.
Its the same thing in office. its a seniority based, favourtism based, who-talks-the-loudest-and-steals-the-most credit, who-can-backstab-and-get-higher-then-the-rest system. -
