i have been feeling upset these days because of some personal problem. My temper became bad, my shoulder aches from work tension and I began to become depressed, keep thinking about my problem over and over again. By and by, I began to realise, life is never perfect and we must learn to take things in our stride.
I began to focus on relaxing my body, breathing slower, reminding myself to relax and let my peaceful state be unmovable like a mountain. It works and my shoulder ache is alleviated to almost recovery, my appetite is back to ravenous, and my self confidence surged again. The old problem that used to haunt me now seems like a distant cloud. So I am sharing my experience here with people, and I hope those who are lost in their momentary misery can refocus on their immovable state of inner peace. For that shall be a sure way to regain your strength : )

I have tried drinking before when I was feeling down, frankly it does not work. It is a lousy myth that sorrow can be drowned by drunkardness. Drinking only makes you high when you are already in a festive mood #__#
