Woman I met in bus just now during the evening

I boarded the double deck 28. As it was the 'fang gong' time, the bus was crowded at the first level. I walked to the part where it was just before the staircase and stoned for awhile. After that, i said 'excuse me' so i can get up to the second floor.
When i was halfway up the staircase, another woman who was carrying alot of things, was coming down. People were still boarding the bus and there was no space at the first floor already and my leg was bruised, causing difficulty moving down again, so i flatted myself against the 'curve' of the staircase, which was quite wide. There is still alot of room to move. Then, the woman stopped for awhile and seemed to make nasty comments about me, then got down. When she reached the first floor, the door was closing and there are alot of people blocking the entrance. So, she missed her stop. She then turned back and gave me a nasty blink.
My mother said that it's her fault as she got down late when people are already going up the staircase, and blinking at people isn't very kind.
My father said that it's my fault as I should get down so that she could get down more easily. But wouldn't that take more time?
Someone pressed the bell when the 'door is closing' sign is red, but the bus driver didn't reopen the door.
Who's fault do you think it was? My fault or the woman's? -

surely its the aunties fault. Obviously she was slow in making way to the first level..
one should anticipate whether the bus is reaching their stop, and make their way to the exit earlier esp. if the bus is crowded, furthermore shes on the 2nd lvl..
to give u that blink.. makes her really xia suay. she surely didnt have the proper upbringing.

When the bus is going to reach the bus stop, people sitting on the upper decker should jolly well get prepared to drop off the bus, not wait till the bus reach there, and you walk slowly from the END of the bus and drop off the bus.
