  singapore is the hottest country? oh well, really hope they clean the breeding spots, if not our country will be infested by aedes mosquitos soon.......

  I always spray, and killed by at least by the dozens. These will be in the garden. Those that come near me, most will die.

  Do you know that Aedes mosquitoes are active in the day? They sleep at night, in dark corners and under drain covers and all the hidey places they can find?
  
  The other type, the all black ones are active at night. They are the ones that disturb your sleep. In the day they hide...
  
  The eggs of mosquitoes are black like powder. If they get stuck to a dry flower pot or pail or.... whatever... they can become mosquitoes again even after 6 months upon contact with water.

  HIV is not spread by mosquitoes or other biting insects. Even if the virus enters a mosquito or another sucking or biting insect, it cannot reproduce in insects. Since the insect cannot be infected with HIV, it cannot transmit HIV to the next human it feeds on or bites...hope my explanation helps
