ok. saw a lot of post on cant sleep......i should say why i cant

i'm not working nor studying. i tend to either.....when i used to work or not working.
1. sleep as normal, because of work i have to wake up normaly. but working half way i feel very very sleepy. and close my eyes for few sec often. when going back home, i sleep maybe latest 12-1am?. But!!! when i'm on bed, even though i'm tired, still, i need at least half an hour or one, before i can peacefully sleep. but i feel weak when wake up.
2. when i'm not working, *mainly because i quit my job* so maybe few months no work. i tend to sleep in the morning. AM!!! where people wake up and prepare to go to work. so maybe let say
example.if i sleep at 8am? i will sleep until late afternoon. like btw 3-5pm. then i wake up.and contiune the next day.
Or, sleep at 8am, sleep till 3-5pm, then 2am sleep again, and wake up late afternoon again.
or sleep at 8am, sleep till 3-5pm, feeling sleepy, sleep again at 10pm, then wake up at 2am. and awake till 8am, and sleep again. or awake till 6am and sleep again.
If i have a normal sleep, i wake up at 12pm, then maybe 2-4pm i will go and sleep, then wake up at 7-8pm, then 3-7am then sleep.
or, i wake up 12pm, then 10pm go and sleep, but wake up 2-3am also.
will eat supper, because i will have 1 meal a day if i dont eat supper.
when want to sleep, and lie on the bed, my brain has a lot of thoughts.
when i cant sleep, i will go internet *i'm here now* or play some computer games. *makes my eyes tired, but still cant sleep*
have try before sleep, i went for a cool nice bath, read books, listen music, but to no use.
haven try warm milk, but hot milo consider bo? if yes, also no use.
watch show, vcd, movie, sad movies also no use.ALAMAK. dont tell me i have to eat sleeping pills wor.
I'm not stress leh? not working, so relex. no finances problem, boy problem, friends problem..!!!
*sometimes when i bored nothing to do, i will go and sleep, for more than 4-5hours also*
