everytime i have sore throat

everytime i have sore throat..maybe my fault because i like to eat food dip with chili powder. lol.
there was once, i had sore throat for 6months, visit 5 different doctor, but see 6time and eat 6 times medicine. alamak..it was 2005 in june or july..i sick.its also because of my work that time. remember goverment want hdb...or so to change the window to stainless screws?
well, me work in one of the contractor company. everyday talk non stop.
lucky its contract basic, so the windows stuff finish thats the end of my work liao.
that is when, my voice spolit. when i go back singing, *me learning singing that time* my teacher was shock to hear my voice change a lot. out of voice i can say. its been a yr, that i have not gone back to learn singing.
2007, my friend say my voice in singing, slowly coming back. WA HOW SLOW it reach my ok note.!!!! sian.
and also i cant talk too long, if not my voice be very tired, and suddenly out of voice i mean out of tune...
any recommendations on drink for smooth the throat or so?
beside honey, and pi pa gao -

you could have injured your voice box...
it'll return with rest.. and cut out the chilli powder.. try fresh chillies or sauce instead.. it'll not dry out your throat...
or try the medical hall treatment of this weird bag of what looks like bark and twigs.. and a dried hornet.. the clerks at the office swear it works like magic... -

A persistent cough can be serious...
It may be one of the early symtom for TB...
Anyway, I have sore throat for 1yr b4.... (recover,sore throat again, recover, sore throat again)
heehee.... and tat is because I keep eating chocolate and KFC---> addictive
But after, I stop all those food. I have not been coughing for ages... >< -
sry to hijack..but i oso habin almost the same prob wif ts...i cough alot last few months....now ar..oni left abit cough...but alot of phleme?(dunno how to spell) ...and i mean ALOT....nvr ending 1...somtimes its beri yellowish...somtimes look like saliva...anione noe how to cure those?
oso affect my singing too...go ktv or pub..sometimes will zhao sia....

I eat plenty of chiili, no sore throat. But too much fried crispy food,... yeah, it creeps up...

For me i drink one type of chinese herbal tea call ruo han guo(black colour one),very effective leh
