behind mouth inside pain...

  haiz sian now behind my mouth inside the meat got one hole lei...near the teeth inside there very pain lei...because sometime when i was eating...i always accidently bite the same places many times...then now jialiat liao...inside got one big hole liao...does anyone can help me? give mi some advices and comment and teach mi what to do?

  go and buy a tube of Bonjella or some other brand of mouth ulcer medication... if that doesn't work then you can imagine that maybe you have AIDS or mouth cancer or something horrible like that... otherwise.. what "jialiat liao"????? everybody gets mouth ulcer at one time or another... get enough sleep, drink lots of water everyday... reduce your stress and it will go away and never come back.

  hi thanks for all of you reply my msg! but its not ulcer lei...its like a feeling of my mouth inside swollen and pain and think got abit peel out liao...

  basically, when you do not have enough sleep, there's poor coordination and thats when biting of your tongue of lips comes in.

  you had an ulcer and it irritated you, so you unconsciously bit that part until now it is "swollen and pain "...

  Just apply mouth ulcer med and you will be ok...

  Use listerine day and night or plaque... regularly it will prevent forming ulcer...
  
  But if you do have ulcer... use salt.. I use that 2 days its gone.
