Are local uni gals(NUS,NTU,SMU) stuck up
Today at the bus stop,I saw this NUS gal waiting for the bus alone.(I'm from ITE Dover,ya the bus top opposite NUS Faculty of Sci).I tried to chat her up but when she saw my uniform,she gave me the stuck up looks...and didnt reply to me... -

I don't think it because of your uniform,more likely either she is shy don't dare to talk to strangers or she just not interested.
And there are nothing special about uni grads,there are alots in SG,really no big deal. -

Let look it in another way,don't you feel weird if a gal(stranger) come and talk to u at the bus stop? I think if you want to talk to girls(strangers)there are better places like pubs ,your own school instead.
Nothing to do with ITE one lah. -

I won't say exactly stuck up, but more like Singapore's culture maybe...? Comparing to the many other countries, Singapore can be generally a more 'stuck up' look type of nation... Not only girls. Singaporeans are listed as more 'unfriendly', remember? If local guys can be generally more friendly, it could be that they're more interested in girls maybe?
Generally, local girls exposed and open to a certain degree of other countries' cultures are not as 'stuck up'. -
it's not easy to hook up sggirls u see on the street as they r more stuck up to strangers.
u must be in right environment plus must have good pick-up line. else the gals will jump into conclusion u r a buaya.
no offence but i think prc gals n foreigners r more friendlier compare to sggirls. they dun mind making conversation wif strangers even though they r in an alien-nation. -
