Hallo.
Welcome to today's edition of Meat Pao Special News Coverage.
First let me introduce your most loyal correspondent; myself.
My name is Meat Pao, first son of Kaya Pao and Redbean Pao. I was established in 1969, very nice to meat you.
By the way, I ate some mango just now, quite sweet and nice.
Ok back to business.
Recently I was reading Wikipedia, and out of chance I stumbled on a very interesting article.
I remember many years ago, Mike Tyson was very famous. He was the best, the reigning king, nobody could beat him on the boxing ring. He was almost like Superman.
However I was shocked when one day, James Buster Douglas defeated him. Remember? Maybe some of you Chiwawa youngsters dont know about this historical event. But the older ones will know about this. It was shocking, the world was practically stunned.
I read his article on Wikipedia.
He fired his long time trainer in 1988.
He had a divorce from his wife in 1989.
His contract was being fought between Don King and Bill Cayton.
With this turmoil, his personal life and training habits were in disarray and he seemed to lose direction.
And now we enter James Buster Douglas. His mother died two weeks before the fight, from stroke.
Yes it's true.
James Buster Douglas was in his emotional peak, fighting the fight of his life. Mike Tyson was in his emotional low, he life was in disarray.
Interesting? More to come.
James Buster Douglas then fought Evander Holyfield. James was out of shape and weighed 246 lbs for this fight after weighing 231 lbs against Tyson. Holyfield knocked the unmotivated and undertrained James in three rounds.
Hm....
So the moral of the story is...
I dont know.
