Where to buy hats in Singapore

I am looking for quality hats...in particular newsboy/tweed caps, and trilby hats. Any idea of clothing suppliers where I procure them?
I dont mind having them tailor made. I have already tried scouting major departmental stores and bugis street but to no avail. -
