i bought a lg monitor from sim lim (fuwell). then after payment the guy ask me to fill up a warranty cert labeled (lg centre copy)if i remembered correctly.. then i asked the guy if i could i keep the warrant and send it to LG myself. then the guy insisted that the (LG centre copy) muz be kept by them and he say he would help me send to LG. Is it real that he would send or is it juz any underhand business doings?? cuz i heard someone talking on the phone saying "The guy took my warranty card" then i was wondering is if anything had gone wrong. While i still have my (customer's copy) warranty cert and receipt on my hand.he guy insisted on keeping and sending for me the warranty cert labeled "lg centre copy".

Hmm i've come across this kind before but the guy told me they had to count before they send as the company want to calculate commission. Not all companies do that. Even if they dont send it's ok.. u can still go up to LG for repairs and show them your copy. Just tell them the company you bought from took it from u and said they would send on your behalf

possible but if u wanna safer then send yourself ba~

they need it for commission purpose.
of cos...if u insist , u can keep it , juz that it will be a bit troublesome on their side.
anyway i dont understand why u want to send it urself lol , let him send it for u , save all the trouble.
