  At MOE Buona Vista. That's a few years ago, now I not sure if it's still at Buona Vista or can make a new one at any stations.

  i lost mine 2 weeks ago.
  
  go ICA website under visitors section for more info. under FAQ i think.
  no fine involved.
  
  dun go MOE. just go ICA at lavender when u have all ur documents.

  Student pass mah... I think make at certain train stations (Buona Vista is one, not sure if Hougang Bus Interchange can a not). Then need to pay a certain amt of money I think for the replacement...

  Replacement of lost Student's Pass
  
  Do I have to report to ICA if I lost my Student's Pass?
  
  Foreign students who have lost their Student's Pass and/or the Visit Pass and Disembarkation/Embarkation card are required to apply for a replacement within 14 days from the date of loss. The student is required to call in person at ICA Student's Pass unit with the following documents:
  
  Documents Required
  
  - Valid travel document and a photocopy of the personal particulars page;
  - A letter from the school stating that the applicant is currently a registered student;
  - Form 16 duly completed and signed by the applicant; and
  - Police report (original)
  
  The processing time is 3 working days (excluding the day of submission and collection).
