Plastic Surgery / Cosmetics suggestions please!

Hi guys, I don't really know how to start because I don't have any idea about cosmetics and plastic surgery so please enlighten me.
Cause' My nose is just terrible, its full of scars and bumps that I wished it will vanish soon.. Can someone suggest me where to have this cleaned up and how much does it cost initially?
Overall my face doesn't have full of pimples, its only 2 or 3 small dots lying peacefully.

He is worth paying for but he is more into reconstruction I think.
Anyways dermabrasion is usually the way to go but u suffer - my friend had it done - 7 days of raw feeling like ur skin got ripped off and then u have to stay out of the sunlight for 6 weeks or else u get weird dark spots. -

It's a myth that Korea is better. I'm not saying that they no good lah. They are famous just because most Koreans go for plastic surgeries esp the girls. Go consult any plastic surgeons you can find on the net. You will have to pay a consultation fee for their advice. Ah.. hmm, can you at least give me idea of the price I should prepare? Its not a big surgery after all so I dont think its 50k?
