  Is the Tri service term and the Service term I & II the SAME for amry OCT and RSAF OCT???
  
  I mean do they when through exactly the same course/thing...etc?

  Tri-Service is everything. Service term is Army,Navy or Air Force

  So tri service is SAME for all OCT
  
  Then Service I and II also the same for all OCT??
