I'm very sick suddenly..... :-(

  i had diarrhea since morning... only diarrhea.....
  
  then in a period of 3 hours (started from 8pm like that).... i developed a fever....
  
  all my joints hurts like hell.... feeling cold and hot....
  
  got cold sweats....
  
  what happen?
  
  logged off just now to try and sleep....
  
  but end up twist and turn...
  
  am i going to die?
