  i also have this problem, for many years
  
  whenever i clean my room, those that i dont really use in my daily life i dont know what to do with them, i like to collect things but dont really use them so as time goes by the room doesnt look good.... when i clean my room i just arrange the stuffs on the table/shelves, without throwin/removin.
  
  Then 1 fine day, i've decided to remove whatever i dont need in my daily life and dump them into big plastic bags, and then throw, i mean store them in my another room that only my grandma use it durin daytime, just dump whatever i dont need in the room
  
  so dont think too much, just throw whatever u dont need in a bag, then put somewhere else so that they wont occupy your room
