GST 7%, not all shops have the new prices for cust

  Well , created this thread as i noe not every shop shows the new prices aft GST increased from 5 - 7% , well example is in kiddy palace lot 1 , as u all noe , shops like popular bookstore already has its new price tag shown aft 2% increase , but kiddy palace hasnt , a few days ago , my mum & bro went to kiddy palace lot 1 to buy something , the price tag there shows $7.90 , but when she went to the cashier , the cashier shows $8.90 , wads this? Ands its not on 1 Jul , its on 4 Jul , u mean they fail maths or they havent got their new prices tag ready??? If this happens in Orchard rd where there are plenty of tourists they wil tink tht s'pore are cheats!
