  ya. those are also plastics. plastics come in many forms. but all plastics are non bio degradeable

  it is perhaps one of the most useful invention ever. plastic bag is water proof and does not really take up much space compared to other forms of storage.
  
  however, its non-biodegradability is a serious issue. maybe you can try to find a bacteria that can convert it back to oil?

  when we talk about paper bag , we are talking about recycled paper that remake into paperbag , not those freshly cut down tree to make paper bag , what a waste
