nature question

  i was thinking of a few questions that maybe some people who read up alot on science might know
  
  1. We all know that if we go too high up (e.g mountain) .. the air will get thinner and there will be less oxygen..and anyone wants to have a exprience(sp) of it can climb/walk up a mountain
  
  but what happens if we go below? what happens? and how does one get to have a exprience of it?
  
  2. What mkes the earth turn?
  
  anyone know? i dun..i can't find the answer for the 1st qns

  I think
  
  if we go below, the pressure is very high and our lungs will be compressed until we cannot take it then we die
  
  how to experience?..scuba diving into the deep sea..very very deep?
