So many Fines so little enforcement

  You go all over singapore can you can see so many signs showing no fines etc etc...
  
  like to cycling down underpass $1000 fine..no litter $500..and the list goes on. Now there law on no blasting of music in bus..
  
  i wonder who will actually go and enforce these fines and catch those people who actually break these law. You cant expect some officer standing at the underpass or bus waiting for people to break those 'law' what...

  Ya, depends. Especially when coming to the end of the year, you will see alot of undercover people givng you "FINES".

  As for this fine thingy..they usually won't so bo liao station people at these places and catch people litter and give the fines..
  
  It's usually more of coincidence..if you suay suay throwing rubbish that time police see you doing it, then you tio the fine lor..
