SMRT buses driver really bastard

My car was knocked by a SMRT buses 2 weeks ago, I didn't take the particulars of the bus driver and the bus plate no., so when I called the SMRT, they didn't do anything about, knowing I can't do anything... Never mind, I'll have my day...

come on lah, accident still dun wanna take down any particulars. its your own bloody fault.
the other time, that fcuker forgot to close rear doors of the bus. i immediately went up to him, asked for his name, and took down the bus number in front of the driver, and then emailed his TIBS when i went home.
