imo, dietin shouldnt be this way. Regular meals still have to be taken. Whats important is eat less of unhealthy, oily, fried food and not to take supper. More vegetables, less meat. The usual, practicall way of cuttin down weights.
I dont think dietin pills do you any good too. Just my opinion, i dont know much bout dietin[/b]
